
Dango / Nak-kee~ Boiled Chick PeasServes 12
A simply yet elegant dish, Dango is full of flavour, but the secret is to
soak the chickpeas well, otherwise the cooking time will be extended.
3 cups dried chick peas
Soak the chickpeas overnight, with the bicarbonate of soda, making sure
they are well covered.
