    Robe ~ Home-made Yoghurt

Home-mcide yoghurt is a traditional part of the everyday meal, although today the shop-bought varieties are far more convenient for the busy housewife.
Usually served in individual bowls, it is eaten at room temperature at both lunch and dinner. Good for the health, yoghurt is also believed by local people to have healing properties.

    4 cups warm milk
    3 tablespoons plciin commercial yoghurt

For convenience today, I have used commercial yoghurt but in previous times, the housewife would make her own culture to start her yoghurt-making process.
Combine the yoghurt with the milk and whisk gently. Place in a glass bowl, cover with a plate and wrap a small towel around. Place in a cold oven and leave overnight. The following morning, place in a refrigerator until the yoghurt is ready to use.
