Laban~ Fresh Buttermilk
In the remote areas of the UAE, a large jug of freshly made
buttermilk is served with every meal. The Bedouin drink it with
their food and pour it over their rice to give the food a sharper
flavour as well as to help in the digestion process.
6 cups fresh yoghurt
Place all ingredients into a blender and whisk on "high" for 30 seconds. Taste, and if required, add a little more salt. Chill until ready to serve.
