Cho-bab ~ Crepes
This traditional Bedouin bread is very similar to the American crepe.
This ingredients are the same as khameer, only more water is added.
2 cups wheat flour
Mix all ingredients together - today's modern cook would use a blender for
a very smooth consistency - cover and keep in a warm place for 2-3 hours.
