    Chai ~ Red Tea

    2 cups water
    sugar to taste
    1 tablespoon Earl Grey tea leaves
    1 teaspoon ordinary tea leaves
    1/2 teaspoon saffron threads

    Boil sugar and water. Put tea leaves and saffron threads into a vacuum flask, cover with the boiled water and sugar. Leave to infuse for 15 to 20 minutes.
