Chai-na'na ~ Mint Tea
A modern interpretation of an age-old recipe, I find this drink is better
using a mixture of Earl Grey and English Breakfast tea leaves. Usually
served after a meal, the mint helps with the digestion process and also
helps the body and mind to relax.
2 cups boiling water
Boil water, sugar and mint for around five minutes. Meanwhile, put tea leaves into vacuum flask, pour boiled mixture over the tea leaves and allow to infuse for 20 minutes.
