NitroCream: Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream Machine

You love ice cream, don't you? Well, you now have the opportunity to have your own ice cream machine that can serve to you your favorite ice cream within seconds with no need for having a freezer or waiting for too long. It was 4 years ago when I first knew that you can actually make ice cream using nitrogen.
NitroCream LLC announced Tuesday they have debuted N2-G4, hand-crafted ice cream, gelato, frozen yogurt and sorbet machine. Two options are available - the standard N2-G4 or a fully customized model. Each N2-G4 ("G" stands for "green) is environmentally friendly and produces the finest premium frozen dessert product that is unrivaled by any other in the industry in terms of flavor, texture and density. Different frozen dessert flavor combinations can be made fresh in seconds and the N2-G4 completely eliminates the need for freezers of any kind.
The luxury ice cream machine operates using liquid nitrogen - an abundant, inert, odorless, tasteless and automatically recyclable resource that comprises 78 percent of the atmosphere. Under normal atmospheric pressure, nitrogen can exist as a liquid between the temperatures of 63 K and 77.2 K (-210°C and -195.8°C). Below 63 K, nitrogen freezes and becomes a solid. Above 77.2 K, nitrogen boils and becomes a gas.
The bad news is that the machine is not cheap for everyone to purchase. The standard model N2-G4 prices start at $34,900 and custom models start at $75,000.
