3D World Tri-Lens Manual Reflex Stereo Camera
Labels: cameras, photography
This camera is made by a China company named 3D World.
This tri-lens camera shoots medium-format film with stereoscopic imaging in mind. The two lower lenses take in information simultaneously resulting in two near-identical images. When these images are viewed together (with a device called a stereoscope) they create the illusion of a fully 3D image.
This photography technique was first achieved in 1832, but it never really took the world by storm, probably because you need special equipment to see the 3D effect.
Not much details about distribution and prices are available at the mean time.
